About Uptown Primary Care
Uptown Primary Care Closing 6/23
We would like to let you know about some important changes that will be coming to Uptown Primary Care this summer.
As you may know, most of our physicians are doing their internal medicine residency training, which prepares them to practice independently. Our non-resident physicians are faculty members who supervise the residents. HCA HealthONE and the University of Colorado Internal Medicine Residency Program are ending their partnership as of June 19, 2020. The resident physicians will be moving to the Denver Health system to complete their training.
Uptown Primary Care will be closing at the end of June, including both the internal medicine and women’s health practices. At this point, we anticipate that the last day that we will see patients for visits will be June 23, 2020.
Our first priority, as always, is the well-being of our patients. We encourage you to discuss this with your physician if you have questions.
To find a new provider, please call (866) 779-3347 for assistance or visit the Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center website. If you have any questions about this change, please contact our office at (303) 869-2160 and we'd be happy to discuss your options and answer any questions you might have.
